I am Shubashnee, dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to wellness through adaptive and holistic yoga practices. My sessions are designed to accommodate injuries and illnesses, offering a flexible practice that meets you where you are in each moment. Incorporating seasonal variations, such as warming backbends in winter, I strive to bring harmony to the body, heart, and mind.

Focus on general well-being, trauma release, and pain management.

My focus is on general well-being, trauma release, and pain management through movement, breathing, and stillness. I encourage the use of smiles and laughter to release tension and stress, as I believe that when we laugh, we relax. In this relaxed state, we can go deeper into the asanas (yoga movements), finding and reconnecting with our sense of freedom and joy.
