ABOUT YOGA SESSIONS

Restorative Group Yoga Sessions

Group Yoga Sessions are approximately 90 minutes long, featuring 60 minutes of conscious breathing and movement, followed by 10-15 minutes of focused breathing exercises, and 10-15 minutes of relaxation. Classes are mobile, so please reach out if you're interested.

Find what is best for you

There are 3 options for classes: Sessions are available in the comfort of your own home or you could come to a studio session in Kilchberg, alternatively, you can choose to join a virtual class on Zoom.

Outdoor Hatha Yoga Sessions

Experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive group setting. Our sessions are crafted to boost your balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

Thursdays: 17:30 (May - end of September)
Location: Morfanlage, Kilchberg
Cost: CHF 25 per person

Please note: Outdoor sessions will be automatically canceled in case of rain.

Indoor Yoga Sessions

Experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive group setting. Our sessions are designed to enhance your balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

Enjoy yoga tailored just for you! Choose between in-person or Zoom sessions based on your preference.

In-Person Session: CHF 100

Zoom Session: CHF 80
