If you are short on time, a twenty minute asana practice can go a long way to alleviating any tension or stress in the lower back. It can undo hours of standing or sitting at your desk.

When we move, endorphins are released, helping to ease the pain levels in our body. The release of this hormone also has a „Feel Good Factor” attached to it. When we move and breathe with this sense of well being, then it becomes easier to let go and relax.

The regular practice of yoga makes us strong and flexible in our bodies and minds, connects us to our inner power, improves our sense of well-being by bringing the body, mind and heart into harmony.
