My focus is on general well-being, trauma release, and pain management through movement, breathing, and stillness. I encourage the use of smiles and laughter to release tension and stress, as I believe that when we laugh, we relax. In this relaxed state, we can go deeper into the asanas (yoga movements), finding and reconnecting with our sense of freedom and joy.




WHY YOGA
Yoga accommodates every size, shape, form, age, and fitness level.
All the movements are adaptable to flow within your abilities. Yoga is a wonderful support system when you are recovering from an injury or illness. If the body is in too much pain, the breathing exercises can alleviate stress, which helps us relax and improves our coping mechanism.​ Yoga improves posture which is essential for good health. Yoga is a great way to maintain fitness levels or to improve them. The moving helps maintain and improve muscle tone. It can assist in the stretching and loosening of tight muscles. Balances bring calmness and peace of mind.
Yoga is a pathway to understanding the gift of being well.
