Yoga is a pathway to understanding the gift of being.
Hatha Yoga - Ha and Tha, the sun and the moon. Bringing harmony to these energies within us. Balancing the yin and yang. Moving within the breath to find a deeper connection to your practice. You do not have to be fit or flexible to begin. Bring an open attitude and an empty tummy (avoid eating for at least 2 to 3 hours before your yoga class)

What to bring
# 1 YourSelf
With an empty tummy, last meal should be at least 2 hours before the session. Clad in cosy comfortable clothing allowing freedom of movement.
# 2 YourBeing
Show up and be present and you will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. All skill levels are welcome.
# 3 Your Mat & Towel
A non slip yoga mat and a towel or shawl to cover up during relaxation
